Rick has recently retired from Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC where he practiced corporate law and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions, and had represented public and privately-owned businesses for over 30 years. Rick was the firm's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for 13 years (1994-2006).
