Darlene Settles Production Manager
As a student myself, I was probably somewhere between ritually compliant and strategically compliant most of the time, and I think children deserve a better school experience than that. I feel that if Phil's concepts had been employed in the schools I attended, I would have learned more and enjoyed my time at school. In my work at the Schlechty Center I am helping to make that possible for students in all of the schools in which we work.
I began working here in 1995. I work as the production manager, ensuring all of our conference and on-site materials are of high quality. We often get notes and phone calls from clients thanking us for our responsiveness and for the quality of the products we send to them. At the Schlechty Center, we respect educators and we try to show that respect by providing them with only the best experiences. That makes me proud to say I work here.
