Coaching for Design Level II (Louisville, KY) 09.13.10 - 09.16.10
Coaching for Design Level II provides a district with coaches who are a valuable resource, as they will impact the district culture and provide the district with tools to build capacity at all levels. C4DII coaches will practice coaching with Schlechty Center senior associates and colleagues from across the nation so they are comfortable with the content and the process before returning to their districts. This session is limited to 20 participants to ensure all participants have ample opportunity for personal interaction and customized support.
What will participants learn?
Participants will learn the significance of design, coaching techniques, and strategies for using C4DII tools in their districts.
What will participants produce?
Participants will create a high-impact engaging learning experience for students or adults.
Who is the intended audience?
This session is open to 20 participants who have experienced Working on the Work Foundations and have had an introduction to the Coaching for Design process.
Dates and Times: We will begin on Monday at 8:30 a.m. and will Adjourn at 4 p.m. on Thursday.
Registration Fee: $1,700 per participant. This price includes materials and conference meals.
Standard-Bearer School District: $1,400 per participant. This price includes materials and conference meals. Active Standard-Bearer School Districts have an option to use units to pay registration fees. The registration price is one unit per participant.

A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hawthorn Suites Hotel located approximately one mile from the Schlechty Center. The room rate is $99/night. Please call the hotel at 502.899.5959 for reservations and mention that you are with the Schlechty Center group.
