This online module provides principals with open access to tools, resources, and activities and is
designed to encourage personal reflection on leadership development and to aid in the creation of
professional development for school staffs. This is not a traditional professional development
online offering. There are no assignments, no tests, and no need to log on at a particular time.
Each component has been carefully designed and supplies principals with a selective range of
Schlechty Center materials based on the Center’s framework and the role of
principal as leader of leaders (PDF, 489 Kb). Principals can view the module with
teacher leaders, use the pre-made presentations at staff meetings or workshops, or access components
to create a unique activity for key leaders.
