The Schlechty Center partners with schools and school districts committed to providing all students with challenging and engaging work. Each district operates in a unique context. In recognition of this fact, Schlechty Center associates customize tools, activities, and self-assessments that enable district leaders, teachers, and school administrators to stay focused on providing engaging work to students. The result to be achieved from this effort is a relationship that facilitates a dramatic increase in the quality of learning and achievement exhibited by students at all levels.

There are many entry points to work with the Schlechty Center. The work may be initiated by either district or school staff members. In many cases, clients choose to participate in one of our national networks where we bring like-minded school districts together to share experiences and to develop and refine strategies for moving their work forward.
